Sure everything is a little noisy....go ask your neighbors to be a little quieter...anywhere you live, most likely its going to be a little noisy--its a college town, people party, get used to it or go live at home. Most of the problems have to deal with personal issues, bad roommates, too noisy, dirty(because you can't clean yourself, or expect them to clean up the trash you left in the parking lot, yes they do it, but why leave it)...etc. these all can be fixed by you...everything else management handles pretty well. I have lived here two years, first year was awful, but management has changed and everything is great. Maintenance has gotten alot better as well, if you need something fixed, put in a work order and within the next couple days it will most likely be fixed, if its urgent its done right away. Everyone has to remember that they aren't the only ones living in the entire complex, lots of work orders go through each day, Id say for as many people as there are living here, they keep up pretty well. There are events the staff puts on....some silly, but they are trying to create a sense of community, get to know the people around you, it makes it alot more fun, and the staff is a nice group of people to get to know as well. Become friends with the staff, makes everything alot easier, things go much more smoothly---if they seem rude its probably because you are being rude to them...its not their fault there is puke in the hallway from your neighbor on saturday night, but yup they will get someone to clean it up, just dont yell at them about it.
--you can paint your place too, makes it SO much better, just have to paint it back when you move out!
it really is a great place to live, its a little far from campus, but worth the amenities, having your own bathroom, a fitness center, tanning, events, free food during the week and a place for you to park and a few friends to park as well. (although it is a little pricey, as is every apartment complex around here, its worth it.)

ya right. you work for them. maintenance is a joke. trash is everywhere and nothing is ever fixed.
