WARNING! Do not live at this place. Nothing is ever fixed! If your A/C does not blow cold now - well it will be that way all summer long. It will not be fixed! If there is a leak and your apartment is flooding - sorry, bad luck - 'cause the flip flop, hippie man will come and clean up the water, but he will not even try to find the source of the problem - what a lazy, maintenance man. shame on him.

he quit and went to a new apartment complex. there's only one guy now, and they're getting a new maintenance manager. they're doing their best, but their best kinda sucks
