First of all, dont ever even consider living here. I dont care what kind of offers they might be providing to new residents but dont fall for any of it. In the end, Bradford will charge you up the A for whatever they want. No one in the office can read a lease either. They have some nasty chick working there named Allison who actually had the audacity to call me a bit*@ over the phone because I was simply trying to get ahold of a manager on the weekend. Also you cant talk to anyone at Place Properties' corporate office. Managers are idiots too. I was charged money because Bradford didnt make a second copy of the key to my room and because I live in another state they werent able to do the repairs on my room. I guess Im being charged for living in another state.

Barring the fact that the bedrooms SUCK, the residents suck just as much. Our noisy neighbors would party until 4am on a Wednesday (not during little 5) and break 40s over people's cars. What did Bradford have to say' ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They stuck stickers on everyones cars and they melted to the car causing paint damage. What did Bradford have to say' ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The residents removed the fire alarm after many times of pulling it at 4 on a weeknight, did Bradford do anything, of course not.

Basically if you ever want to sleep or get anything done, or even go to a decent party dont live here. Worst investment I've ever made bar none.

my case in point.... the "anonymous" person who responded to the review is exactly what I described in my review. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a bradford place employee Allison, you are supposed to be professional and friendly to the residents. Obviously since everyone has the same ish to say about you, you are not a professional, friendly employee. You may know more about the job than even the managers, and I applaud you on that, but you are the rudest employee there.

Yeah and the best part of this is that she called out this chick hahaha. I'm sorry but at least own up to being rude. Your JOB is to handle resident complaints not to make them more irate. Its like Bradford Place only bothers to hire people who like to make people more irritated. Way to go Alison. I live there now and I'll agree shes not nice and its like impossible to ever get a hold of anyone who ever knows what the heck theyre talking about. The ONLY good thing about this place is the parking.
