These apartments are really nice. The rent is affordable, and the utilities aren't bad either. That's all the nice stuff I can say about the place.
The residents are trashy. Loud, unemployed, home all the time-trashy.
The staff - Never in the office. Never answer the phones or return calls left on the voicemail. It will take way longer than the 45 day law to get your deposit back, due to "software changeovers." Unorganized, inefficient, inept.
Maintenance - okay. Just okay.

That's pretty much it. You may fall in love with the apartment, and move in hoping to enjoy your new surroundings. Instead, you'll hear your trashy neighbors talking through the walls. You'll smell their cigarette smoke through the floors. You'll listen to the bass coming from their ------ cars in the parking lot, and you won't be able to drown out their voices when they're out in the parking lots yelling at each other, "f*&^ this and f%$* that." Honestly, you'll think you live in the ghetto.

I failed to mention the smoke too - it's terrible! I could smell my neighbors smoke in pratically every room. If you are allergic to smoke, be careful!!
