We were drawn to the complex because of the beautiful surroundings and we really liked the overall layout of the apartment. Unfortunately, those are the ONLY good qualities about the complex. The management is extremely incompetent. The office staff seems to suffer a high volume of turnover. After seeing one poor worker in the winter attempting to plow a parking lot with just a small snow blower I think I know why no one wants to work here! Good luck trying to get someone in the office. It seems like the shut down over the slightest concern. They seem to leave memos on your door every other day describing some new reason why they have to come into your apartment. Just last week they gave us about a TWELVE hour notice to move our cars due to an upcoming seal coat job on the parking lot or get towed. This was followed by yet ANOTHER notice alerting tenants of an impending power wash that would result in water seeping through our windows and doors. Seriously'''

Yet another problematic situation is the hordes of kids that think the parking lot is actually a skate park. They leave pipes, pieces of plywood and other items in the middle of the road where tenants could easily run over them. I also see several young kids go behind our building to smoke and do who knows what else. It doesn t seem like anyone supervises their children in the complex whatsoever.

The cable here is a joke! I think it s somehow linked to Dish Network. It goes out every time the wind blows no joke. We get approximately fifty channels and it costs nearly $50. Considering you could get more channels for that cost at Insight it s rather frustrating. I just don t like the fact that the leasing office has to control this. Good luck if your cable goes out it takes them FOREVER to respond to any type of inquiry.

Overall, our experience has been terrible. I don t recommend living here to anyone.
