We were initially drawn into these apartments because of the amazing price, large amount of space, and new attractive buildings. The nightmare began shorty after signing the lease. We soon found out that you can only have their cable (limited channels) or a satellite dish. In order to have a satellite dish on your deck in a cement filled bucket you have to make a 150.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit would be warranted if we were mounting the satellite dish, but it must be put in the cement filled bucket! The management on this property is completely clueless. For example, notices and flyer's have more typo's than a 4th grade paper, and are completely unprofessional. Do not interrupt management during one of their many smoke breaks, and if you get locked out of your apartment after 7pm just call a lock smith. If you call property management you will be yelled at and must provide cash in which they pocket. Even though they live on property they do not want to be inconvenienced and will take over an hour to let you in your apartment. The neighborhood is overrun by skateboarding and biking children who are under zero adult supervision. The skate boarders will try to hold onto the back of your car as you drive. Residents do not clean up after their dogs. We are constantly cleaning up other dogs messes so our dogs will not get into them. People also do not keep their dogs on leashes. Police cars and Fire trucks are on property far too often for actual fires and domestic disputes. There have been two large fires on property in the past year!! The number of residents on scooters is out of control!! Not that this is a problem, but they drive in the street as if they are driving cars. If you have an apartment on the end it will not get cold in the summer. The management does not do anything to help fix the problem. We cannot get our apartment below 80 degrees in the summer. While it is a pet friendly community, they are not consistent with pet deposits, pet rent, and number of pets per apartment. Needless to say do not let the new spacious apartments draw you in...unless you are easy going and can laugh at a bad situation.

I completely agree with everything in this review. Although we did have an end apartment that stayed pretty cool. But we were surrounded by a bunch of trees so I that helped tremendously! The skateboarding children are absolutely OUT OF CONTROL!!!! And there are an absurd amount of fires and other domestic disputes that take place on the property. The creepiest thing we ever witnessed was a group of men taking out a HUGE chest type container and shovels out into the woods right by the apartments. I have no clue what they were burying, but it certainly didn't appear to be anything normal. I called the police over it - it was scary!
