I have lived here for 4 years and when my lease is up I am moving and I suggest anyone moving in here think again. The office is a joke- you walk in and the first thing you see is the manager and maint. out on the patio smoking their cigarettes thats during the morning and 4 hours during the afternoon. The short blond lady who sets up in front while she is handling someone else all she can say is to the 5 people waiting in line is someone will be with shortly where is the customer service around here. And the assistant manager where is the companys dress code. This lady is a big lady and she wheres about 5 sizes too little for her and no one wants to see that, its nasty. If you want a laugh go check it out for yourself. And these threating late notices. We get one on our door and we are not even late. Rent is late after the 5th and we get a 10 day notice to quit on the 2nd and the letter is very very rude. I have already contacted sec 8 and sec 8 is going to take care of this very rude letter. Also there is a rumor going around about the supervisor maint son who I guess works here how he is a registered sex offender I looked it up myself and sure enough he is a registered sex offender so I guess the rumor is true. I feel like this place is unsafe and unprofessionally handled what company would allow a registered sex offender work for them and here they do background checks on us. This place use to be nice and peaceful but since change of management and staff it has really gone down hill... Dont rent here its not worth the headeache

I find this to be real funny, becuase when I go into the office its seems to be very friendly place. You must spend a lot of time in the office to notice the things you do and to know the things you know. I've lived here for two years and I have never had a problem with the way the office staff has handle things. I do sometimes have to wait because they are busy and there is a line. I love my apartment and the staff here. You've been here for a long time, they must be doing someething right or you would have left. I know some of them have been here for more than a year. If I was unhappy and on section 8 I would leave. Seems like you just want to ----- about the property because your rent was late.

Well I agree with the review myself. The manager is disrespectful to the residents because they are low income.The clubhouse is supposed to be for the residents, but instead of locking the office they lock the clubhouse and deny access.The pool party was a joke, the manager had a look of disgust the whole time she was there.I love my apartment,and i'm sure not going to let a snobby manager run me out, even if i'm on section 8 or not.Those letters they send out for late notices are ridiculous, there is supposed to be a five day grace period,she just looks for anything to harass the residents. Like closing the pool earlier than it ever has been.Debbie might have had her faults but she knew how to take care of her residents.I think the main office should be and will be notified of how this place has gone downhill, they need to visit with some of the residents and get some real information.

I agree with the review too! Poor management poor and slow maintenance. I just moved in and I thought my apartment would be better than what it was when I moved in. You can tell that the apartment wasnt painted. Holes left in the ceilings terrible patch work and it had a terrible smell in it and in my entrance way wasnt cleaned before we moved in. As many visits before our move in I went to the office and the doors were locked during the day during business hours so that was a waste of time then sometimes when I left I would see about three to four people on a golf cart looking as if they were doing maintenance routine work but why was my apartment in the shape it was in when I moved in? Once we have moved in when I have went up to the office or called you can tell the office is not well organized but I can say there are a few office staff that is nice when spoken too or they at least pretend to try to help and I dont think we have met the manager or not aware who she is so I dont think she is ever around to help manage the office or the maintenance staff or if she is aware how unsatifactory our apartment was when we moved in.

Well when i moved in this summer my apartment was spotless.I really don't care for the manager at all! The assistant managers attitude is influenced by the manager. I also think the manager and assistant manager should have to live on the premises. They rent to very unsatisfactory tennants sometimes and i think they should have to deal with what they put in here.Thank goodness i have good neighbors because i know they wouldn't care if they weren't.Maybe we could contact the main office and suggest that.I think the manager would love it here. I bet the pool would stay open later.I think a good spot for her would be in the back, It's nice and peaceful back there. I guess I will just keep looking for another apartment because one year of this is enough for anyone, I don't want to end up living in the ghetto!!!
