Not only is Forest Ridge a great place to live, but their management company Hallmark Rentals is excellent. I never thought I would say this about a management company, but from the very beginning, they conducted themselves in a very professional way and were always there to answer my questions. They respond extremely fast to maintenance requests. I highly recommend staying at forest ridge or any place that hallmark manages!

Yeah, seriously. If a member of the management team is going to author a review, at least make it sound like it could have possible come from an actual tenant.

I couldn't agree more. I lived at forrest Ridge for three years while going to law school. Hallmark Rentals is a great management company. The problem with many tenants is that they request things that aren't reasonable and then get mad at the management company. For instance, one of my neighbors had loud parties into the wee hours of the night and Hallmark sent them letters and remedied the problem; however, those tenants hate Hallmark -- but they were only doing their job for the rest of the tenants. Thanks Hallmark for all your hard work!

Oh yeah right - Hallmark has never ever done anything right...ever! People are lying if they thing Hallmark is great - I am sure stupid Brenda or she made someone in the office write these!
