Great apartments but horrible management

These apartments have been great. Super efficient and didn't need to call maintenance once while living here. Hallmark Rentals has been a nightmare. They 'got confused' about availability by a month too late and didn't explain the change until I was looking at the lease. I complained to the manager and got screamed at for it. They also showed my apartment at least a half dozen times with between 2 minutes and 12 hours notice. I'd never rent from hallmark again.
