I moved into Forest Ridge in the summer of 2007 and still live there today. But as soon as there was an issue Hallmark Rentals OWNER (in particular), was extremely rude, unprofessional, foul, and disgusting. She refused to hear my story, yelled at me, caused a scene, and I eventually left the office, feeling completely upset and defeated.

I went in to address a simple parking issue and they refused to offer any help. The simple problem is that they don't have enough parking spots in the lot for the number of apartments.

DO NOT RENT THERE!!!

Management is terrible. Forest Ridge itself is good. Hallmark is terrible. DO NOT LIVE IN FOREST RIDGE UNLESS IS IS MANAGED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN HALLMARK!!!

This is new construction that has to conform to the city code which states parking shall be 1 spot per bedroom. We may not like this city code but the city calls the shots. We did find a couple of tenants who were parking 3 cars which has been eliminated by the use of stickers.
