There is not enough time in this world to write everything so horrible about this place.

See wapahani hills apt, they are the same owners

1. Owners are the worst, yells at customers, they are beyond believe unbelievable people, worst of the worst. They are not part of community renters organizations as well, that should say something in itself.
2. Owners list their own HOME number as the emergency contact, then give you a horrible attitude if you call and dont ever think anything is an emergency so you have to wait over weekends and holidays
3. Management is rude, always asks you to deal with the owners, what is the point of them being there'!
4. Mangagment LIES, said all kinds of ammenities would be available when signing the lease, there is NOTHING, wheres the pool' wheres the clubhouse' basketball courts' weight room' ALL those things with promised before signing the lease, not just me, everyone I met at the apt said the same thing. I had a dirt landfill around my apt the whole time I was there.
5. No on site management, owners, maintenance, NOTHING.
6. Little upkeep of property. Mud ,consutrction junk everywhere, on streets etc
7.Get ready to fix many things yourself because the owners dont think anything is important and will drag their feet.
8. Dog crap everywhere, they tried to enforce more rules, but this is more the tenants problems.
9. Cheap equipment in the apts, water heater breaks all the time, i saw neighbors with flooded garages. Flooded rooms from appliance overflows.
10. Had no window screeens for monts after moving in, nothing worse than having to keep everything closed up in summer weather.
11. Parking is horrible especially if you live in the first build section.
12. Heard of people suing them to get resolution.
13. Place may look ok, but its all too similar to Boulders where the place looks great, they are nice to you when you sign the lease, then all goes downhill.

Take the chance of living there is you want, your going to need all the luck you can get. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. I would reocmmend it to the owners and the management to live in.
