I have lived at Heritage for 2 years now. My first year the management was very friendly and nice. However the new woman in charge at the onsight office is not helpful friendly or professional. Whenever anything happens (a chair in the pool, a pet owner not picking up after the pet etc.) not to her liking a petty memo appears with new patronizing rules. I am leaving in a month thankfully.
