I have lived at Heritage for three years. I just renewed my lease and was given a VERY nice renewal gift. A $50 gift card. I think the office staff is excellent and the maintenance staff is awesome! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance request they have came that very day and fixed the problem. I don't agree that the manager is rude, I think she is awesome and goes out of her way to accomodate my needs and is very friendly each and everytime I go into the office for anything.
