Here are my two cents For those who are thinking about living in Heritage. The place is depressing looking, run down brown doors, bad carpeting, closet doors that's been painted over many times. Stair rails that are falling off. You think you're getting a deal because the place has a good location but I would much rather a nicer placer a little bit further.

There was a non-running car that sits in the parking lot the whole year I was there. No notices to move it, nothing, just an eye sore when you walk by.

Consider your neighbors, across the street from where I lived, there is house hold where cop cars frequent, my guess is domestic violence.

Also, there is a kid that doesn't seem to go to school, but he'll walk around asking for cigs for his mom. Or he'll parade his sister/girlfriend or something, and stuff her belie with a pillow as asks for money. Or stuff a letter on your door saying he's grandfather is sick, and wants money. I am sure this "normal."

And then there is the horrible manager. I should say since the new manager has taken over, it has been terrible. She lacks the ability to treat her tenents properly, as fake of a person as can be. Don't ever try to get a straight answer from her, she's not going to give one to you, I am sure she's nothing but nice when she's trying to get you to sign the lease. You know how you say to yourself "wow, I hope that person never gets into a position of power." Well, she's one of those.

Lastly, if you have a pet you're pet deposite will be used as a "regular deposite." So hypotheticall a scrath on the ceiling, will come out of your pet deposite. Doesn't seem to make much sense right' How can a pet put a scractch on the ceiling' Well, at least that's how I understand it, since I couldn't get a straight answer from the manager.
