Pretty dismal in some ways... we have had some problems with who the management chooses to hire to fix their problems. Our toilets have NEVER worked correctly, they clog even though we don't put anything bad down them, and the maintenance man has been to fix them several times, but it never gets resolved.... but that may be because all he did was call on the Holy Spirit to fix our toilet. The Holy Spirit must have decided our toilet was not worth the miracle, (and I can't say I blame Him), because it continues to clog. I have also observed the maintenance man using a leaf blower to blow dust from the drive onto peoples' cars and porches-- and into my face as I left the house. But worst of all was when we "won" new closet doors for renewing our lease. Our old doors were outdated but perfectly functioning. The new ones which the maintenance man took three days to install were cheap, scuffed up, and incorrectly installed. Mine broke immediately, and a strip of ugly wood is now visible where the track of the old door was. We also observed a crew of four men take over two weeks to fill a pothole in the drive way. I don't know when they finally did it, because everytime I drove by, all they were doing was smoking and staring at it. On the whole, I will be glad to leave this complex.
