I lived at 1600 Dorchester Dr (one of the back buildings) for a year during the 2007/2008 school year. Although the buildings are a little old, I felt that the rent was fair and had a great experience overall. I especially enjoyed the strips of grass between buildings to let my dog run around on, the surrounding neighborhoods are nice for jogging, two nearby parks, not too noisy with undergrad parties, and the staff was usually really nice to me. Only complaints are that the walls are a little thin, you can sometimes hear neighbors when you don't particularly want to, and the bus only came by once an hour. Overall I would suggest this to any laid back people with pets.
