The staff is nice and the maintenance is same day. I live in an upstairs one bedroom and the insulation isn't that great ie: my neighbors can hear me downstairs. The complex is so far away from the stadium and there are only about 20 or so visitors parking. They tow guests after 10:30...even in the summer time when hardly anyone is there!
