My roommates and I lived here before the management change. The management before was nice and courteous. Now they are totally worthless. No one has ever attempted to take advantage of their tenants as much as Marquette Management. We have had numerous incidents notably including MOVE OUT INSPECTION. Beware of totally hidden fees, and unfair charges. This management would charge you for breathing if they could get away with it legally. The facilities blow the big one as well. The walls are paper thin, the pipes freeze, the bathrooms flood, and there is a pest control problem. Please take this advice and look for accommodations else where. You WILL get taken advantage of. Do not be fooled by all the good reviews for this place on this site. THEY WERE WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT TO PROMOTE THEIR REVOLTING APARTMENTS!!!!

I agree with Marquette Management, although I do like the facilities and haven't had any problems with the unit itself. But the management does seem very sneaky and they do charge an exorbitant amount for random "violations"
