I thought that I would post that the Hoosier Courts on Kinser as well as the ones on Henderson are under NEW MANAGEMENT!! Being that I have been a resident here the past two years, I KNOW how things were ran and how bad it has been. However, new management has already surpassed the old in maintenance work having same day service! The parking is situation is being addressed to get more visitor parking. Also, they are going to be doing breakfast for everyone on certain dates as well as rearranging the office to put in a small cafe and computer area for residents!!!! There is a full time maintenance and grounds crew now to keep the place clean as well! THINGS ARE GOING TO CHANGE!!!!! Hopefully, you will be a part of the great change that is coming!!
