I have found nothing wrong with living here. It is incredibly cheap (1350 for a 5 bedroom). The management has been great. Any time we have had a problem they fix it that day, even on the weekends. If you aren't home to receive a package they get it for you and they even give out free snacks.

I have found no security problems at all... the parking lots are well lit. It is occasionally hard to get a parking spot on the weekends as they do not tow as often as they state. Other than that I have no complaints. Neighbors are generally quiet (especially for a college area) and even when they have parties the noise doesn't translate over to other units.

Great place if you're a college student looking for a place that fits 5 people but is still available at a reasonable price.
