I lived at Knightridge for a year and it is by far the best place I've lived thus far. The property is owned by CFC, Inc. CFC is very responsive to any problems or concerns. I clogged my sink once and maintainance showed up within two hours, and they were extremely apologetic for making me wait. I couldn't beleive it, I thought two hours was very prompt considering most places I've lived took days for a resonse!
The community is also very quiet and the neighbors are very polite. It's a great place to live. The only reason I'm moving is I need more space and there wasn't availability for a bigger unit (I waited too long).
