I lived there for a year in a townhouse. I was very pleased with the place. Any time we had a concern, maitence was there usually the next day. The place was nice and quiet and the neighboors were very friendly. The distance is a bit much if you're a student and take the bus in but if you could drive to campus it would be fine. I can't really say enough good things. The only problem with the apartment it self was the AC system would only cool the downstairs. We Saran-wrapped several of the ducts shut downstairs and the upstairs cooled fine after that (the downstairs was still cool too).
