I have mixed feelings about Knightridge. It's generally a quiet place, probably because it's on the outskirts of town. There's a couple places nearby. Chapman's restaurant and bar (which closes very early and is a little pricey) and Bruster's ice cream shop (very nice). Both are within walking distance.

There is a pool, but if you work 9-5 and expect to swim with limited people, don't count on it. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays. It's packed to the brim. Although, if you're a swimmer and not a sun bather, you'll get some swim time. 90% of the people just lounge.

If you have a dog, please scoop the poopies, because most people here think that the grass needs to be fertilized often. It's a mine field. Don't walk in the grass.

Make sure you get your water heater checked out and set to a reasonable temperature. The buildings weren't designed properly so water heaters are in strange places you would never guess.

I will say that maintenance is pretty quick to help. I've never really had a problem with getting something fixed.
