For the price it was good.

This was my first apartment. It was alright. Nothing too glamorous, but well kept.

The only real issue I had was that I could hear my downstairs neighbor - like he sneezed and the floor shook. I never heard the girl I shared a wall with, but the noise seems to travel well between ceiling and floor. It was cheap, they spray for bugs regularly, and maintenance came on time.
