This is a great place to live. I love it here. The apartments are nice. It is close to campus, right on 2 bus lines and the bedrooms are pretty big for apartments.
They are a bit old as they were built in the 60's but management does a great job of keeping them up to par.
Fairly quiet as well although there are a lot of students practicing their instruments which isn't supposed to happen but since so many music students live here that isn't surprising.
Parking is pathetic, there is never enough but for the price of rent, I think this place can't be beat.
I renewed my lease and will be living here a second year.
