Unless you want to get ripped off. I lived here for a couple years, and during the transition when Renaissance Rentals bought out the company from the previous owners. When they bought it, Renaissance promised to make this a "luxury" community, pool, poolhouse, etc. They jacked up rent an incomprehensible amount, but I hung in there, thinking it would be worth it in the end. Well, I finally got sick of waiting around and left last year. I was on the South side of town the other day and drove through, just to see. Well, sure enough, still no pool. THey've spend money to build numerous more apartments, but not to supply those who live there with the pool they'd promised. If you ask me, this property, and any other one owned by Renaissance Rentals, is to be avoided like the plague.
