Very prompt maintenance service. Pleasant environment, well-kept grounds and generally quiet. Have had almost no major maintenance emergencies despite the age of the buildings, and all of my requests have been handled quickly. Ample parking and reasonable rent, though I don't think it should be raised much since the apartments are quite small and old. No cable in bedrooms--rather inconvenient--but there are phone jacks in the bedrooms.
