Great apartment value! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, attentive and very prompt. Mature landscaping gives pretty and homey atmosphere. Quiet complex with many graduate students, but also new families and older singles/retired persons. Very safe. Offers rent discount to residents associated with IU. Older buildings but upkept nicely. In a good location for accessing major streets in Bloomington. Train tracks boarder one edge of the complex and trains run roughly 4-5 times a day/night, so it can be noisy if you are in a building near them (however, my apartment was right next to the tracks and I quickly got used to the occasional noise). I thoroughly enjoyed living here!
