We originally looked into Meadow Park because it is a very nice community, and their rates are rather reasonable. However, being college students it was not the best place for us to call home. Parties and noise, even if not in excess would result in other members of the community calling the management late at night to complain. Although this is totally understandable considering a majority of the residents here have families, which is why I wouldn't recommend it to college students.
The apartments themselves are not a nice as advertised either, all the appliances are quite old and outdated. The electric stove has push button start, which is a very serious fire hazard. On a few occasions someone would accidentally bump the stove and unknowingly turn on on of the burners. Not very safe at all. Also, the water pressure is very poor. The furnace an A/C are pretty innefficient, our electric bill was well above 130 each month until it warmed up.
Overall, I would rate these apartments as a 4 to most people looking, and a 2 to college students.

So, pretty much what you're saying is that it's not a good place for immature college students. I'm a student, and I love the quiet and love the apartment. >:P
