UPDATED: Less Bad, More Good

Lets start with the bad first:
- certain units (like mine) has very little sunlight coming in even with the blinds wide open.
- Some units equipped with old appliances (UPDATE: Many units available with NEW appliances now)
- My (And I emphasize: My, not ALL) neighbors can sometimes be VERY noisy: Once they rap (Yes, RAP) in the middle of the night (3 AM), another neighbor chatted outside their unit late night, laughing out loud. UPDATE: THEY'RE GONE NOW :D
- Occasional Trains passing by (not my unit tho) - I'm guessing around 3-5 a day

Now here comes the Good:
- Responsive management and maintenance (very prompt to any of my request for maintenance), also managed the complaint about the noisy neighbors very well
- The community as a whole in my opinion are set more to a graduate student/young professional settings, very peaceful indeed (just my luck that I got THOSE neighbors)
- Reasonable rent price (UPDATE: I almost moved out because of the lack of sunlight, but after doing further research: it's too risky too move out of Meadow Park)
- I think I heard there are some units with new appliances (I'm not sure about this) UPDATE: Confirmed, I'm even moving into one!
- Well-kept landscape, beautiful in fact !
- Units are warm inside, I did not even turn on my heater for the WHOLE winter
- Huge space for a 1 bedroom unit (with Nice bathroom and a closet with great amount of space)

I have a brand new oven, and the fridge doesn't look old. The oven's fancy too, it won't let you leave it one without the timer being set so you don't accidentally leave it on.

If you're comfortable at 65 degrees in your apartment, then yes, you might not wanna turn on your heater. In my experience, the heater is needed and even if you keep it at 70-75 the winter bill goes up to $120. The apartments are not warm by default and the heating system is old and inefficient.
