I'll agree that this is a good place for people from small towns. I personally love that you can't hear cars or trains all the time, but you can here the bugs and frogs at night. I actually just moved in, but I really like it already. Everyone is so friendly, the management already knows me by name. We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom when we moved in, but maintainence fixed it right up. And that $150 for recommending someone is rather nice as well. The grounds are beautiful and it's right on the bus line. Oh, and I have an attic, it's so neat. I think I want to make it a club house. Come be my neighbor, it's great!
