Excellent for the price; we were generally pleased!

In general, this is a pretty nice place to live, especially if you are looking for something very economically reasonable (read: relatively cheap).
The staff was very helpful. Office folks as well as maintenance staff were generally very curteous and prompt.
We had ANCIENT appliances in our apartment. (They were "Avocado Green." The other color of that year's model was "Harvest Gold." If doesn't mean anything to you, ask your parents. They'll know what it means.) But they were mostly reliable and worked well enough. The fridge did die halfway through our lease, but we called the office about it and we had a new fridge within (literally) minutes.
The laundry room was usually somewhat unkept, but our clothes were technically clean when we were done washing them.
People are mostly quiet around there, which is nice. But the ceilings aren't exactly soundproof, and we could hear many an argument from our upstairs neighbors.
Overall, if I was back in B-town, I'd rent at Meadow Park again.
