I have lived in Meadow Park for about 20 months. For the price, this complex is great. The neighbors are quiet. The bus stop is close (with a bus shelter which comes in handy on rainy days). There is plenty of parking. And the rooms are in fairly good condition. While some of the equipment in the units are a little run down (I had problems with the dishwasher and refrigerator) and my neighbors sink was leaking upstairs which caused some water to seep through my ceiling, management is always quick to respond to a problem and do their best to fix whatever the problem is (short of replacing the equipment entirely).
