It is a nice shady place with really nice quiet people. I choose one of the apartments with the old appliances, which was a mistake. You're apartment is much cheaper if you use the old appliances but they are very old and my garbage disposal, refrigerator, oven and air conditioning have all broken at one point in my nine month stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly and has fixed the problem almost immediately after me telling them. It is a well maintained and well run facility and also very scenic and off the beaten path.
