This is a great complex that met all of my criteria: quiet, clean and relatively cheap. It is geared toward graduate students and families, so it is very quiet. In three years here, I have never heard noises from other apartments at night. The apartments are a bit older, but they keep them clean and the maintenance staff is great about dealing with issues. The rent has gone up some, but the increases haven't been too bad and it is still a great place for the price. The only downsides are the lack of laundry hookups in the apartments and it isn't very close to campus (a 5-10 bus ride to the closest edge of campus). If you are willing to marshal your quarters and like being away from campus (and the noise), then you should definitely live in Meadow Park.

I wonder which Meadow Park representative wrote this review...hmmmmmmmmmm let me think...I'm pretty sure it begins with the letter "J".
