I lived in meadow park for almost two and half years.

It is a very nice and friendly place, especially for the price.

I lived in a one bedroom on the ground floor for the first year. It was just so quiet that i had to spend a while to get used to it . But there was not enough sunshine at all. You always feel like it is at night in the bedroom.

Then i moved to a two bedroom with a roommate on the second floor the next year, everything becomes perfect.
We had some problems with the trash disposals. Then it turned out we abused it a little bit. The maintenance guy is very helpful and responses quickly. They always send out notice to you before they enter your apartment for anything.

The management is very professional. But i have to say it was even more professional when i first moved here on 2006. I guess the new persons just need more training. Nevertheless, they are always very nice and friendly!

I have no car myself. It is usually fine most of the time. But the shuttle can be a problem during holidays. Shopping is not so easy unless you can go shopping at weekdays.

Living at Meadow park has been great as far as the location and the apartment. I am not that impressed with the manager there now.

I agree. The location is great, but NEW management is badly needed. I have recently moved out of Meadow Park and my best advice is that if you stay there, please get everything in writing because you'll never know who you'll speak to in reference to an issue next and the senior manager seems to have selective memory.
