In previous years, this place had great potential. However, in present day, there standards have changed tremendously. During my first several months, everything was adequate but things could have been better. After renewing my lease though, my new neighbors were inconsiderate and my complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears. I quickly realized that once you start to complain to Meadow Park management about something, they quickly categorize you as a troublemaker and a nuisance (especially that Caleb boy but he's gone now).
Current management seems to be focused on the mighty dollar more so than anything else. They allow almost anyone to reside there from the common criminal to child offenders which is not ideal for a community that prides itself to being geared towards family living. However, I would recommend this place for those who do not have children and those who want to be close to IU, the College Mall, and a few grocery stores.
**I would also be advised that a lot of the current positive reviews could possibly be made by current or former Meadow Park representatives who by the way do NOT live on the property.**
**Don't dare say anything negative about Meadow Park if you would like to have or expect to get your deposit back.**
