Well, I lived in the property for a year.
Rent is low. But electric cost is high. Property is old.
No one remove snow/ice in parking lot during winter. Snow and ice are left behind until they melt...
If you drive through the entrance near bus stop, there is a blind spot.
Staff is sometimes helpful.
Repairing the kitchen sink takes them 3 days.
"Unless for emergency, we will not be able to help because too many people are moving in and out. Our staffs have to finish the renewal work of the other apartments first." That is what they told me when I firstly moved into the apartment and want them to fix my broken window.

I left before the apartment on July which my contract ends on August.
I keep paying the rent.
I had something left inside for my friends to take it.
The management has changed the lock and removed my things without asking me.
That is very ridiculous.

The amount of snow and ice of the previous winter was uncommonly large, the staff and contractors did everything they could to keep driving and walking lanes clear. Work order priority is determined by both, the time when the request was received (first-come-first-serve) and by the type and seriousness of request (no heat in the winter, no A/C in the summer). If a request took more than a few hours it was because of these two factors. If an apartment is vacated, and appears abandoned, it is treated as such.
