Anytime I call the rental office, all that I get is rudeness and hostility. I have been hung-up on twice by mangement (including one time by the regional manager), which really doesn't say much about their customer service. In my opinion, if Smallwood Plaze treats all residents in this manner, why would anyone choose to live there'

My daughter lives in Smallwood. I sent her a prescription via Next Day Air UPS so she could start taking her medication right away. The management team would not allow her to pick up the package until 4pm (it didn't arrive early enough for the 9:00 pick up). I tried to talk to the asst. manager, the manager and tracked down the management company and got no where. We have found they have terrible customer service. If we could do it over again, we would have her live in the dorms.

This sounds about right. I had a large package of food sent to me by my grandparents on a Thursday and I didn't have the time to get the package until Monday at 10. I even told them that it's a box of (now rotting) grapefruits but they still wouldn't get off their lazy asses to get the package. To avoid this, send a package via USPS ONLY, that way it's placed into your private mailbox and you can pick it up at your leisure.

Was just planning to live there, but this just changed my oppinion. The reason why I was considering it was a hope for outstanding management, for that tone of money they charge. Thank u so munh guys!!!
