I would not recommend this place. Steeplechase has a habit of being deceptive. I could write a long list of things here but a few of the highlights include telling us we would be living in a "dog" building when we signed the lease, then upon arrival we were told we were not in a dog building. We had to move to another one if we wanted a pet, oh and the rent would increase! Also had a friend who sub-leased the apartment and did not get her security deposit back despite it being cleaned upon her departure. Another friend had to move out early and continued to pay through the end of her lease term. When she dropped by the apartment, it was being rented to another person at the same time, despite the fact that her name was still on the lease! Watch out!

Despite this, the maintenance staff was awesome...too bad they worked for a shady company.
