I agree with a previous review, they should take the word "luxury" off their sign. I would assume the office staff was fired due to complaints about them at the corporate office. They were lazy and more interested in paying the property mortgage than fixing all the broken "luxury" items. On top of that, they were always rude and always looking down their noses at tenants.
