Quiet complex with friendly office staff

I moved in to my apartment last August and have had a very good experience so far here. I don't know that I would agree with the "luxury" designation, but I think in comparison to other apartments in Bloomington, this is a nice place. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, it has been solved quickly, and the staff always calls to make sure everything was fixed. Also, whenever I go into the office for anything, the employees make it a point to ask how my apartment is. Before I moved in, I looked on this website to see if there were any problems with the ownership, and several people had complained about a recent change in management. I have never had anything but politeness and efficiency from anyone in the office, so I'm not quite sure what the other reviewers have experienced in this regard. Overall, the place is great for the monthly amount--quiet, clean, and friendly office staff. The only thing I would wish for is that the complex was closer to the university and that the bus would come more than once and hour, running past 8 pm.
