I have spent four good years at this apartment complex. There have been some ups and downs, but on the whole it's been a positive experience.
The current management is very good. The property manager is nice and the office staff is helpful/responsive to questions and problems. (The previous manager was really rude/unresponsive/generally awful, but she's been gone since last year.) The maintenance is VERY good. They are prompt and almost always take care of things correctly the first time. The main maintenance guy is really knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond several times to help us with things that probably aren't in his job description.
The complex is very quiet--we've never had any noise problems. It seems to be mostly graduate students and families; there are certainly undergraduates here as well, but they must do most of their socializing elsewhere.
We had some problems with parking early on, but the complex put in extra spots by our building and that seems to have fixed the problem. Also, the complex put in washers and dryers in all the apartments (without raising the rent), which is great. They also added a second workout room, so now there are three treadmills and one elliptical machine.
It's not cheap, although it also isn't the most expensive place to live. We do pay extra ($25/month) for pet rent, plus there was a pet security deposit in addition to our regular security deposit.
Overall, I recommend it!
