My wife (and now newborn child) have been staying in Steeplechase since August 2008. We have to move for job-related reasons, but if we were staying in Bloomington for another year, we would continue staying here. We have found the apartment to suit our needs very well in terms of space, having the washer/dryer in the unit (for no additional charge), cost of rent, etc. Our apartment is very quiet. I can occasionally hear the downstairs neighbor's dog, but rarely hear or see my neighbors. We have never had a maintenance issue with our apartment. Although the attached garages are a bit expensive ($50/month), I definitely recommend them, especially in the winter.
