The appliances are the only thing that makes the rent worth a penny of it. The walls are made out of paper; I could hear my neighbor putting his dishes away in his cupboard in the unit next to me. The maint. is horrilbe, the staff is friendly. Parking is great, and the weight room isn't too bad; hardly busy at night which makes it nice. They're small for the amount of money you pay.
