On the outside these apartments seems too good to be true?less than 5 years old, pool table, pool and hot tub, Ethernet, nice looking, volleyball court. But looks can be deceiving. These apartments are terrible! The materials are cheap and the walls and windows are so bad you can hear noise from down the block! The pool is disgusting and the hot tub is even worse. Items found in the pool area include: trash, cigarettes, and USED condoms. The Ethernet is very slow and shuts down every time it rains! I have warned others not to stay there...but they didn?t listen. My friends have experienced leaky rooms, broken dishwashers, and more. The maintenance is slow and ignorant. The management seems nice when you sign the lease, after that they could care less about you. Beware, they charge a lot of money for things that should be considered ?normal wear and tear?. A friend who currently lives there witnessed and argument between two drug dealers that live below her. One guy ran out of the apartment ranting and raving and punched the glass out of the other guys car. Then an ambulance can and medics attended to the wounds of people still inside the apartment. Clearly not a safe place to live.
