Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
when we moved in the carpets were disgusting other than that the apartment itself was fine, it had obvious wear from the people before us, but not too bad. However, we had some serious issues that required emergency main. and Sterling ignored us and chose not to take care of the situation. It looks like a nice place with the pool and etc, but the staff and management is AWFUL! All of my roommates and I had to get our parents involved because sterling would not take us seriously because there seems to be an attitude among the staff of "you are college kids we can treat you like crap." I would not recommend living here.
