The maintenance here is awful! I've lived here for 6 months and since I've been here the refrigerator broke, the garbage disposal started leaking, my roomates shower handle broke so that water would not stop flowing, my bed collapsed while I was sleeping and there has been a pipe broken for 3 weeks in our building and there is flooding!!! The floors and ceiling are thin you can here everything your neighbors do. The management may seem nice but they are rude. All they care about is money. They apartments may seem nice but they are made out of the most crappy materials possible. When we moved in this place was filthy. The management will try to blame you for any maintenance problem you have and there is only one person who can fix anything. These apartments are only 3 years old and everything is falling apart. One day I set my coat down on a chair and when I went to pick it up there was a nail sticking out that ripped my nice new coat. The furniture is awful and they promised us new furniture a the beginning of the year and we havent gotten any and we wont get any.

Dont let them fool you by the the nice amenities there is nothing good about living here! Also the buildings are shaped so that every time the wind blows it sounds like someone is blowing over the top of a pop bottle- its very loud, when I first got here I thought it was a siren. The managers will come in your apartment at any time unannounced for whatever reason. They dont plow the parking lot in the winter. The tiles and flooring is always coming up. Living here has been a nightmare I strongly sugest you look elsewhere for a place to live!
