I have lived at Sterling Glen since August of 2002 and after next season this will have been my third year here. Obviously, if I did not enjoy living in my apartment complex I would not have stayed so long. I have read many poor reviews of this place and unfortunately many of them distort the truth. Sterling is easily the best value in Bloomington due to the numerous ammenities Glen provides for its residents.

Name another community that charges under 500 dollars per person that provides a 24 work out center, computer lab, and endless tanning year round. Name another place with a washer and dryer in both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Name another place which provides 24 emergency maintenance and works with its residents to match roommates based on individual preferences. You can't name another place so quit trying!

You'll thank me for telling you about this the next time your roommate forgets to pay his or her rent and you end up having to tackle the whole magilla. With individual leases you're responsible for yourself, not the others living with you. Look people, we only get 4 years at IU. Make the most of them.
