A pretty sweet place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
When we moved into Sterling, we had just lived at the Commons for a year and hated it and a friend that lived in Sterling told us it was just as bad. I guess they had different people managing back then or something, because our experience living here's been great.
When we moved into the apartment it was clean (one of the biggest problems with the Commons), and the grounds looked much better the whole year. We had a few maintenace issues but got them taken care of, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. I don't know where some of the bad reviews are coming from on here, whenever I have an issue, they treat me with respect and take care of it. For ex., we saw some bugs whenever the seasons changed, but they come in and spray for free and you don't see any more.
Some Good things about it-
The shuttle service (best way to get to class)
The staff
The noise level (way quieter than the Commons)
The actual apartment (good setup, still look new)
The parking, lots of it and you don't need to worry about your friends getting towed.
Some negatives
A bit pricey
The internet that you need to log onto and that shuts off every so often
That pretty much sums it up. We're living here for our 2nd year now and love it, and if you can handle the price I'd definitely recommend it.
